Attended by more than 100 industry professionals, the seminar contained "nuts and bolts" presentations given by Saul Ewing attorneys on the workout process, strategies for lenders and borrowers facing workouts, guaranties, lender liability, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, and tax and environmental considerations.
